5.DELIVERY OF TICKETS

5.2 Delivery Times
E-tickets are typically delivered within 5 working days. Physical tickets may arrive closer to the event date.

6.EVENT CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS

If an event is officially cancelled with no rescheduled date: You may be entitled to a refund of the face value.

7.CUSTOMER CONDUCT AT EVENTS

8.LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED TICKETS
